SSC Stenographer Exam 2015:

SSC invites online applications from interested and eligible candidates. Candidates will be selected based on the performance in written examination and syllabus. Candidates who will be qualified in written examination are only eligible for typing test. Here we are providing examination syllabus and pattern for written examination and typing test.

SSC Stenographer Exam 2015 Syllabus & Pattern:

SSC stenographer written exam will be of objective type multiple choice questions. Total question papers is dividing into 3 sections General intelligence & reasoning, General awareness and English language and comprehension. First 2 sections have 50 questions in each and 100 questions in English language section. Examination duration is 2 hours. except English section all questions will be set in both English and Hindi languages.

SSC Stenographer Skill Test Pattern:

Written exam qualified candidates will appear in skill test. Candidates have to write a dictation in 10 minutes with speed of 100 wpm for grade C and 80 wpm for grade D posts. After that candidates have to transcript in computer in 50 minutes for grade D posts and 40 minutes for grade C posts. 15 minutes extra time for both examinations if type in Hindi Language.
