MES Recruitment 2014 Syllabus and Pattern:
MES written examination comprises 4 sections that are General intelligence & Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, General English & General Awareness and Specialized Topic. Total examination has 130 questions and each question carry 1 mark. We have 2 hours and 20 minutes time to complete the examination. So, we will prepare examination with a pre plan. First of all we will divide the time for each section.
General intelligence & Reasoning:
This section is actually takes large time to solve so we have more practice on this section to increase our speediness. We have provided lots of reasoning and General intelligence questions in our website. Candidates can also find some tricks and trips to solve large questions in less time. This section contains 25 questions in this exam and candidates can assign 35 to 40 minutes to this section and good to attempt at end of the examination.
Numerical Aptitude section is also containing 25 question and chance to get 25 marks. This section is also time taking section but it will use to score more marks. We have also provided number of Numerical Aptitude questions with solutions in our website. Candidates can assign 35 to 40 minutes for this section.
General English & General Awareness:
This is easiest and simple section. This section contains 30 questions. We have to score at least 25 above marks in this section. Read daily current affairs, news papers and English questions given in our website to crack the examination. Candidates can assign 15 to 20 minutes to complete this section.
Questions asked in this section are based on the post applied and related to their trade. This section contains 50 questions and candidates should have some knowledge on their trade to gain merit marks in this section.
