Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) organized by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on 22nd February 2015. The Central Board of Secondary Education has recently announced an exam notification for the recruitment of Primary School Teachers (I-V) and Elementary Education teachers (VI-VIII) in CBSE schools across the India. CTET Feb 2015 Examination shall apply to schools of the Central Government (KVS, NVS, Tibetan Schools, etc) and schools on behalf of the Administrative Control of UT of Chandigarh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Daman & Diu, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and NCT of Delhi. The candidates should have finished Senior Secondary/12th Class/Diploma with B. El. Ed with good academic record for the posts of Primary School Teacher and Graduation Degree with B.Ed. /B. El. Ed/Diploma with good academic record for the posts of Elementary Education teachers from a recognized university.

CTET Exam Syllabus and Pattern 2015:

CBSE CTET Examination 2015 will consist of two papers such as Paper I & Paper II and all questions will be of Multiple Choice Objective Type. Each paper will consists of 150 Multiple Choice Objective Type questions with 4 alternate options and each question carries 1 mark and total marks for 150 marks and duration is 2 hours 30 minutes for each paper. There is no negative marking in the CTET Feb 2015 examination. The final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in written Examination. Every participated candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test and also a minimum total score to be considered to be shortlisted for interview.
